• Develop the AI implementation framework for actuarial analysis, focusing on multiagent models and embeddings.
• Take ownership of the actuarial AI solution and design the target operating model for scalable deployment.
• Lead the design, development, and integration of a web-based user interface to enable users to interact with AI tools for commentary generation, trend analysis, forecasting, and reporting.

• Proven track record in implementing data analytics or AI solutions in actuarial or financial domains
• Experience in project management, people management, and coaching cross-functional teams.
